Our purpose-built powder coating facility features an online conveyorised system for high-volume orders, complemented by a box oven systems for larger, heavy-duty fabrications. Before coating (pre-treatment), components undergo automated degreasing and Zirconium phosphate treatment to ensure a durable, high-quality finish that enhances longevity and performance.

We stock over 400 powders from Standard-RAL, BS4800, BS381C and the Pantone Colour Chart including specialty powders in various gloss levels and finishes. Our products are sourced from industry leaders like Valspar, Akzo Nobel, Axalta, Thomas Howse and HMG.
